Kyle Kingsbury has as absolutely perfect life. He was the guy everyone wished to be. He had the looks, money, even the girl. But inside, he wasn’t as perfect as he was perceived to be. And because he is so nasty to everyone, a witch, Kendra, turns him into a beast – what he truly is. Kendra tells him he has two years. Two years to find a girl who will love him in his beast form. Will Kyle ever find someone to love him? Or will he be alone as a beast for the rest of his life?
Overall, I really liked this book, especially because it was a modern-day version of Beauty and the Beast. A few parts were kind of cliché, but it wasn’t completely horrible. Oh! And this book is supposed to be a movie! I saw the trailer, but I don’t know when it’s supposed to come out. It bothers me that in the movie they didn’t make Kyle change into a beast (like in the fairytale) but into a person with a disfigured body. He had like veins and scars and weird tattoos and stuff.
